Extremely slow with an incompetent staff. Sloppy food, slow service, and you'll be lucky if they get your order right after the first 3 tries. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and two sausage mcmuffins, not a very complicated order. I ended up getting only one of the sausage biscuits and when I went up to tell them, they got upset with me and took about 45 minutes to give me another one, not even exaggerating. To top it off, when I got to my car to finally eat after my food was already cold, I see that the sausage biscuit they just gave me didn't even have sausage on it. They gave me a freaking plain biscuit after I waited 45 min for the sandwich they already forgot. At this point I was so aggravated I didn't even go back in and vouched to never return to this mcdonalds.
Slow and innacurate orders both inside and at the drive thru. Did I mention slow?...
Tonight the computers went down in the store. The line was wrapped around the building and the line inside was really long. They modified their plan accepting cash only and methodically completed order by order. The lady at the front was calm, cool, collected and helped each customer at times using her cell phone to add up customer orders. Other members of the team where in a panic and visibly shaken. Very glad this young woman was here to save the day.
The staff was incredibly fast on getting 500 students and staff food in about 45 mins. Incredible food.
Con's - biggest con for me is I can't eat onions. And 50% of the time, i will have a couple of my sandwich. Very small, and maybe off the grill, but one small tiny onion ruins the whole thing. Also, no matter how full i get, i seem to be hungry sooner than I should be.
