I purchased my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe EXL from Car Nation a little over a year ago. In a years time if something were to go wrong with this car, that could have been prevented by the dealership, it would have. Fact is that nothing has gone wrong and I love this car! They sold me a quality product below market value. I could tell you about their fantastic customer service but the other reviews have already hit the nail on the head. I don't make big decisions on the fly, I literally spent 6 months researching cars (new and used) and their prices. During that time I was unable to find a deal that matched their offer, so I moved forward with the purchase. I'm a businessman by occupation and it tends to spill over into my personal life, hence 6 months of car research. So, if one thing is remembered about this review let it be that I would do business with them again and highly recommend them for business.....no question about it.
For me to write a review, the place really must make an impression on me and let me tell you, Car Nation has. I have a hard time making decisions in the first place and when it comes to buying a car, it's even harder. The dealer I had was David. He was super friendly and has a large abundance of knowledge and passion for cars. The knowledge he had was better than any dealer I have ever dealt with. He was patient with me during the whole process and he himself wanted to make sure he sold me the right car. There were so many great cars, it was hard to pick. When the sale was complete I knew I got the best deal with the perfect car for me; a 2006 Civic EX. My Civic hasn't given me problems and has been my most dependable car I have owned. I will recommend this to all my friends and family and this will be the dealership I will go to if ever needed in the future.
What a great experience! Dave and Zack are awesome! I bought a 05 Tacoma from them and I would have to say what a great truck! Before I bought it I noticed a problem with the fan motor and David said he knew exactly what the problem was. When Zack came in he confirmed it. They said they would take care of it and they did right away. I would highly recommend Car Nation to anyone! I will spread the word! Buy Local and support the Car Nation!!
