i went to get my back teeth taken care of
after which they put my crowns in backwards, messed one up and said they needed to "fix it"
they simply said that my insurance would cover it
they proceeded to do the work, treated me like a number filing me in and not treating me like a patient
My son had a very bad cavity. He had been up last 4-5 days all night screamn & cryn cuz of tooth pain. I brought him to alpha dental now he is feeling alot better. I greatly appreciate the service I got while I was there. The woman my son seen was very nice professional, & sympathetic towards my son.( He said thank you for helping him take away his pain.) If it wasn't for her he would still b in pain for another 3 months till he seen his dentist. She was great. She acted like she actually cared about her patients. U don't see that many ppl be as nice & caring as she was anymore. The staff was friendly & nice also. I recommend Alpha dental to everyone. Especially parents. Thank you so much for your services.
I all together had a good exspirence I knew exactally what was going on the entire time my assistant made sure i didn’t wait too long and was very professional thank you (Hailey Poulton) alpha Dental for making my trip to the dentist susseful once agin.

Alpha Dental is very clean and welcoming. All staff are helpful and make you feel welcome. Miss Hailey Poulton always running around with a smile on her face as well as the rest of the staff at alpha. Definitely makes the dentist a lot more satisfying and relaxing. Would definitely recommend my family and friends

i was bullied into getting my front done even though they werent bothering me at all
and then was cornered leaving their office and pressured until i said yes
