Went to the mall to shop for things on 10/28/2017 and went to J C Penny's to shop in the men's department the young girl cashier around 3:26pm wasn't helpful at all she didn't help me with my purchase at all she just didn't show any kind of pleasant customer service at all. I talked to the management and she said she was going to talk to the girl but didn't seem that pleasant enough.
My friend was made fun of for her size and rude comments were made. I called to complain and the manager said it was a misunderstanding but yet when we left the store the girls started laughing like it was funny.
This is by far the most popular store for me to shop at.My favorite styles are available in my size range.I don't know where else I would find it all.
The cashier in the adult shoe department was not only friendly, but a big help. Definitely glad to go there and will again.
The store had most of what we needed my husband is big and tall so they did not have the shirt color and size he needed (black), but they did have a white one in his size and color, also the store had no air conditioning, on a 93 degree day. The gentleman working in the mens department was very knowledgeable and helpful, great prices and discounts, very clean store, over all I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10
