We purchased a peace lily for our families funeral service today on Saturday over the phone with a nice lady. We had no issue with the service we received. Our issue is that when ordering a peace lily you would expect it to be in bloom for a service and if it isn't put in a stem of white lilies for the look of what we were going for..The plant was beautiful it just wasn't in Bloom. very disappointed...
When I first received a photograph of the flowers I ordered for a friend who had a baby, I was disappointed with the arrangement for the price. THEN, I called and spoke to the floral artist who listened patiently, sent me photos so that I could truly see the impressive size and creativity more clearly. He even added flowers at my request. I am very pleased with both the attitude and the customer service they supplied. I will be doing business with them again.
I called Imlay and spoke with Donna on a Friday about getting four bouquets made for a casual wedding on the following Monday. I was excited to hear they could accommodate me on short notice, and I emailed Donna a photo of what I wanted. She was very quick to return to me with pricing and honest ideas about what we could do to get as close as possible to what I wanted at a reasonable price. A friend picked up my flowers this past Monday and I was completely blown away by how beautiful they were. The quality was fantastic, our flowers were stylish and modern, and Donna even threw in a boutonniere. I highly recommend Imlay!
