We went in today not really planning on buying anything. My grandma has had pain in her lower back and has been uncomfortable when going to bed. She has gotten very little sleep. A very kind employee showed us different mattresses and found the best for my grandma. It has an adjustable base to make it easier for her to sit up as well. Saves her from getting a chair that didnt meet her needs on top of having a mattress that hurt her back. Overall, happy with our experience today.

The store is fantastic with a huge selection and great prices. Although, majority of the staff was very unhelpful. My boyfriend and I went in, with intent to purchase a sectional, wearing jeans and t-shirts, but being that they're a majorly discounted store, you would think they wouldn't judge based on clothing. However, we walked by multiple associates without them giving us a second glance or the time of day, not even a greeting; but one employee recognized us as customers from a previous job he had held and spent his time with us showing us a few options that filled our wish list and explaining different payment/financing options. His name is Russell, and I recommend him to anyone doing their furniture shopping in Zanesville, OH.
It was the first time my girlfriend and I have ever been to Big Sandy, and it was a GREAT experience. Staff was very friendly and we got what we wanted fast and for a great price. Big thanks to Russel Denny for all of the help!!!
