I found what I needed quickly and easily. There was a line at the garden center check out. A department manager, Jenny, jumped on register and helped me. She was great!

Been over a month now waiting on my refrigerator and stove they call the day of and push it out 2 more weeks so today i called just got off the phone with a rude liar pos women who told me that now it would be october 4th before the samsung stainless steel refrigerator arrives i said why and also why was i not told this upon purchase and she said because of the hurricane in Florida... is this true? I did not know but highly doubt it either way im going to the store tomorrow and canceling it ill go to home depot and get my stuff from now on i love lowes selection but the staff is a joke and because of that and lack of remorse and the 1799 i paid ill never shop there again

Came in needing a piece that I had no name for and not only did I get the name: cross dowel, but the gentleman took me to the aisle, made sure I had the correct one. Everyone I encountered was courteous

Ordered a washer 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered on the 26th (yesterday). Delivery manager called me on the 24th to let me know that everything was on schedule. I made sure I had my phone on me all day and that someone was at my house when I wasn't home, all day on the 26th. I called the store in the morning and customer service told me that they do not schedule deliveries and that someone would call me within 2 hours of ETA. I called the store at 6pm because I felt like it was getting late and customer service told me that they deliver as late as 8pm and assured me that my washer was on a delivery truck and would be at my house that day. At 9:30pm I went to bed since their store would have closed at 9pm. I called first thing the next day (today) and the store manager said my washer was in the warehouse and he could have it delivered right them and there. That's great, but I'm at work and won't be home until later in the afternoon and I don't have anybody available to meet them for me. So his solution was to have it delivered tomorrow (Saturday). Heck no! I am not going to waste my Saturday sitting at home all day without a time frame in case my washer gets delivered. I told him today when I get off work or I'm canceling my order...We'll see...

My boyfriend and I recently purchased and remodeled our first home , with the help of the Lowes installation team and employees; however, it wasn't all smooth sailing. Every time we would come in to purchase or ask questions we were treated with no respect and the employees never made us feel appreciated, nor could they ever give us a date that our items would arrive and forget about getting assistance loading anything. The final straw was when we purchased our $3,000 fence WITH installation. The guy would came out to measure and give us a quote promised us 18 months deferred interest, so we purchased everything on our Lowes card and had every thing installed (months later). After we received our statement I noticed we were charged interest, so I called and tried to speak with a manager, but of course I was pushed off to the next one in line, until I was told there was nothing they could do and that I must have misunderstood him.... I informed them that I would have put it on another card if I new I was going to be charged with the large interest rates, but of course nothing was done. Finally, we went to the store and was introduced to Meg or in other words "the credit lady" and let me tell you what... Lowes does not deserve this woman. We informed her about our frustrations and in that moment she smiled and knew exactly what to do. Within 30 minutes the interest that had been charged to our account was credited back to it and we were placed on 18 months deferred interest, because of Meg we will be back. This woman deserves recognition because apparently the rest of the staff is only there for a pay check.
