We were satisfied with the dry cleaning itself, but I am only giving 3 stars b/c upon pick-up, the lady that helped us was very short, rude & acted annoyed that we were even there. My significant other had 2 shirts & a suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Since it was raining, we asked for an extra plastic bag, as the pant legs were hanging out, & she said "No, we don't do that here", although the bags were in plain sight right behind her ...I'm not sure what she even meant by that -- 'you don't help paying customers by ensuring an expensive suit doesn't get wet'? Whatever -- we won't be going back here, even if it means we have to pay more or drive further the next time.
