Good news is that I finally had a real problem with my room. Never had one before, and I'm over 50... I reported it quickly and timely. I was quickly and efficiently assigned a different room that met my high standards for cleanliness and working fixtures.h The staff was kind, courteous, and efficient.
Room was clean service was good. Just stayed to sleep and was on my way. Pretty good
Fairfield Inn located in Zanesville, Oh is a very nice hotel. Their rooms were clean and stocked with the nessaries. The staff was a bunch of the friendliest people I've dealt with in long time.i would recommend anyone to stay there
The in laws stay here when they come to town, and the staff is really nice to us all. The rooms always look nice and none of us have had any problems in the past few years of annual visits.
Located around multiple restaurants, clean, great service. 1 room had rusted bottom in tub, but great overall.
They did not have a full time concierge, but they were familiar with the area, and gave me directions to several good restaurants that were close by, and even gave me directions for a good gas station. Top notch people, and even though I had a problem, it was corrected quickly, and without a fuss.. Additionally, the Internet was amazingly fast.
