Overpriced for what you get, especially with the service. It's ok, nothing special. We always check out the monthly specials for something new to try while we are there.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The floor manager Denny was less than polite when we presented a problem with our meal. Apparently he had to check with his GM to determine if what we felt about our food was accurate. The customer is always right "Denny" and might I suggest another job because the role of floor manager is not for you. Keep this one around and I'm sure will lose more business, your servers tips should not have to suffer because of your lack of personality or customer service!
From Mansfield where we go to Bdubs at least two Saturdays a month. When we moved to Zanesville we we're excited to see one right down the road from our house but disappointed the first time and every time since. We used to try it out hoping it would be different but now we don't even think of it as an option. The food is always cold, dry and zero sauce. When we ask for extra wet there are still bare spots on the wings. We go to Roosters now. It's much cleaner and they seem to care about the product they are giving their customers.
This was the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had at any buffalo wild wings!!! And the place was empty and full off dirty tables!! We ordered our drinks when we sat down and we sat there so long with the menus closed that another waitress came to take our order. We asked her to remind our waitress we ordered drinks and we were ready to order. When she came back ( with no drinks ) we ordered our food. She then quickly brought our drinks. We went through 3 refills and each time was told it won't be much longer. Thank God we were watching football because it took a hour to get our food!!! When she brought the food she also brought the manager because she knew it had been so long. I explained the situation to the manager and he didn't offer any explanation just stood there nodding his head and saying he was sorry?!?! Here the kicker! The food was so cold and cheese that was supposed to be melted was slightly melted and the sauce on the chicken was wrong. When we complained we didn't see the manager again he gave us a discount with no explanation!! I don't think I'll ever be back!!!
Most of the time the service is pretty good as is the food. Have experienced a few problems over the years with orders and the staff not accepting passports as identification for alcohol. Overall a pretty good place but nothing to get too excited about
