Same employee was there when I returned the dolly and he was just as helpful. He came over to the truck and took the dolly out for me and processed the rental finalization quickly.
Very friendly employee when I went in to purchase a couple mattress protectors and rent a dolly. I had my 2 year old daughter with me, and he gave her a little U-Haul truck piggy bank to keep and play with, which she loved. He loaded the dolly into the back of my truck for me so I didn't have to do it while keeping track of my daughter.
Great U-Haul store. They have it all from trucks to boxes to hitches to light kits.
