Have been calling them for 2 months to come finish a job they quoted me. They had the best price, but now I'm going elsewhere
Did a five minute job and charged me $60. If that is normal I will not be calling any plumber again.
Very overpriced, not very professional, and I used another plumbing company right after them and they charged me 1/3 of there price to fix what they couldn't on emergency services at 10:00 at night.....I wouldn't use these people call Roto-Rooter in Zanesville owned by Enviro-FLow, much better much friendlier and more knowledgable at a more reasonable and affordable price...
We original used Kelso's to install a water softener from Lowe's. They have always provided great service, and have solved all of our plumbing problems. I would definitely recommend them. They always arrive in a timely manner. The pricing is quite competitive. Roto Rooter charged $125 for the same job that Kelso's did for $75.
