Terrible experience, dirty, old bus, even though they advertised "free WiFi" everywhere, it was so slow it was unusable (did a speed test in several occasions, it was steadily on 40kbps)
The buses were cobfortable clean but the buses were least an hour late and made us stand. They would say u will be boarding at 4:15 and it would allreadt be like 5 and when we actually left it was 6:13. The bus drivers were really confusing and really rude. The wifi well that went in and out and alot of the buses didnt have wifi.
I really love a travel n ride it all time. I due n never forget past to present.
This is the worst service I have received in years. If I could give less than one star, I would. This company serves a purpose without competition and they suck.
Facilities were all over the place from one clean station to a filthy gross station. One had good security making regular rounds the other had vagrants derelicts and homeless. One bus was clean the next dirty with broken amenities. Very inconsistent.
