Just left there! 7/7/2017. Horrible way to do business. Walked in looking to pay cash for a pool would not quote prices unless we went in a little room. The old short lady very rude. Caution just the install price was $1200 we were quoted by a big box pool place quite a bit less for 3x the pool.
We are looking to purchase a spa. This will be the store we deal with. Were there yesterday and they walked us through several different spas and answered all our questions.
Their showroom is fantastic and they are very knowledgeable and not pushy about sales. Great store. Great people. Can't wait to make our decision.
If you want somewhere to buy your chemicals from or even a pool or spa, I would highly recommend coming here. My mom and I has been with them for years now. She's been going through this company since they were across the street. She just loves going their because they are very friendly, respectful and very helpful. A year ago my sister bought a spa through them and loves it. Your business has really grown, and it's a very clean and nice building. We just want you thank the staff for always making us feel welcome, your all very friendly.
My husband and I are first time pool owners and we were billed $189 for someone to pour chemicals (which weren't near enough) in our pool and turn our filter on. I specifically requested someone to come out and have our pool summer ready and it continues to stink and resemble a pond. I had to call in several times to see when someone would be out to open our pool and the pricing jumped around quite a bit. Our pool looks no different than the day we took the cover off. I will be looking for another company/person to help us take care of our pool and teach us the ends and outs of one. The in store experience has been a positive experience as they have always had products we needed in stock; however, the service department needs improvement.
