My family and I have it been coming here for years, ever since our previous vet in South Zanesville retired. I've never had a bad experience here. The vet techs, the receptionists, and the vets are all great and seem to take even the weirdest instances in their stride. For example, this past week I had (what I thought was) an emergency. My dog was spayed here 2 weeks ago and her incision site was fine, then overnight it opened. I'm a concerned puppy parent, and work a full time 8am-6pm job. Unfortunately, I now live over an hour away in north Columbus so I called and took my dog to a more local vet. They treated me poorly and refused to see me unless I paid a $375 fee. I drove over an hour to bring my dog to Muskingum Valley, walked in without an appointment, and within 2 minutes a vet and tech came to help me. They took one look at the wound and agreed it was fine, a suture just hadn't dissolved and had worked its way out of her incision site. It would heal on its own. I paid nothing for the short notice exam, and got peace of mind as a plus. It was a nice end to a very wild morning for me, and will definitely stick with them even though I live so far. They're really great, and have always treated me and my family and pets great.
Dr Martin & Dr Osborne have taken great care of my bird dogs for over thirty years! We just recently had to have our fourteen yo Lab, Emmy Lou, put down after extensive treatment for Mast Cell cancer and the process was very trying for us, but they made it more tolerable by the great staff and professionalism!
they go every slow and im always there for two too three hours wish it was faster just takes to much time
