I just had the worse experience at the Auntie Anne's in Zanesville, Ohio. I asked for the pretzel sticks, which I had no idea that they did not sell them anymore, and the response that I got was "we don't sell them anymore." In the most rude voice. Then I said please and thank you to the cashier and they said nothing to me. I understand that it is a stressful time during the holidays, however there is no reason to treat customers this way..
Pretzels are pretty good but long wait for them!
I wanted an almond pretzel, was told they didnt have any, friend was going to get a cinnamon pretzel and was told they didnt have any. Decided to wait 10-15 minutes for our pretzels. The staff got an attitude and said under her breath "they want us to make both" Sorry i came to a pretzel joint to order a pretzel. Terrible customer service.
