Courteous staff. Good food
Service was absolutely excellent! The lady at the front desk was super nice! Food was great! Fresh tasting ingredients, crunchy outside soft inside bread. Healthy options and a warm modern atmosphere.
Panera has always been a bit more presumptuous than I prefer, but I've never had any issues. The food choices are very mindful, and always taste good. Quiet, collaborative atmosphere helps with networking, etc.
Amazing customer service. Ordered a salad they forgot my dressing. I called and told them the lady said oww I am so sorry. She then asked if I was still in the area to come back and I said yeah and I would but I am at work. She said well we're do you work....and she then said she would bring it over to me so she did and they gave me a little treat as well.
Good overall. It was early Sunday afternoon. So it was slow far as business. It did picked up as I left. Good food, reasonable price.
