Had everything scheduled and coordinated with the insurance company and this facility, Even told them ahead of time my truck has a visor over the windshield., After receiving a email confirmation they would be arriving someone called me from this location at the last second stating they would not perform the service until I removed the visor., I had to undo and backtrack everything with my ins. agent , however found anther glass company in Zanesville that could install the new windshield with no problems working with the visor
This location always does an excellent job, very friendly staff as well. I also enjoy that the waiting room has an assortment of snacks and refreshments.
Although I wasn't actually at the facility, I did recieve great service from my mobile team member. The representative was very thorough in describing the process of the repair and what to expect. The repair didn't go exactly as we both expected it to; but, as you can see by the rating, I was very happy with the professional service and time it took. Give them a call!
