A very helpful staff. I prefer to work with Keenan when I go in there. If he is not in, I will usually wait to do business when he is there. The store seems to have a good inventory of phones, and a good selection of accessories.
Staff are pretty friendly overall. Have to wait a while sometimes when we go in, but there's plenty of things to look at while your waiting.
Purchased phones only to get them home and have no service, has to go back to our previous carrier. AT&T bought our other phones on their buyback program. However would do nothing to get them back to us so we could turn into previous carrier. They have NO customer service and do nothing to help resolve issue. Going to end up costing us over $1000 because AT& T screwed us and don't care. Wasnt till 3 trip in store did they finally have a manager that worked only to find she was much worse at customer service that the other employees. She pretty much said sorry dont care, your screwed. Would never recommend to anyone.

Just left. They're out of the iPhoneX. I even called before i went in. But, that's OK. The wireless guys at walmart have it. And its like $100 cheaper. Ima get it there.
