good experience got a galaxy s3 for my girlfriend 1 year ago and only had to go back once to get a phone case for it i am very happy with the customer service and depending on the time of day you dont have to wait to long to get help
And this is being nice, they will always be at least melancholy about taking your money but god forbid you ask them to look for something, unless their corporate people are in they just be outta stock but they'll know without looking. It's like magic...
