This is the best gym in the area, and we have several. Austin and the rest of the staff do an awesome job. 24 hour access, racquetball courts, free weights and machines. Everything has been updated from when Genesis owned the gym too, and the rates are much lower. What's not to like?! Stop in and give the gym a try today.
Great big place lots of equipment. Staff is friendly. Restrooms run out of soap and toilet paper alot need better up keep in that area but not to bad all and all.
For several months I was double billed for my 15$ membership. Told them about the issue and they told me they fixed it. I got double billed the following month. At this point I was done with them and tried to cancel. 3 months after I filled out the cancelation form, I am still getting billed 15$. I have been in 5 times to fix this issue, been very polite but im done. This place is ridiculous. Terrible customer service and management. 0/5 stars only put 1 because I had too.
Open 24hrs friendly staff, overall it is one of the finest and affordable gym in Zanesville.
They actually have weights here unlike that purple gym.
