North Pointe Fitness Institute is one of the newest places in the Zanesville, Ohio area to go to for those looking to get themselves started into or back into personal fitness. It has a plethora of new equipment that can be used to work all muscle groups of the body. As someone who is focused more on strength training, I appreciate that there is an Olympic platform as well as power racks which are great for going those looking to lift big. There are also plenty of treadmills, elliptical and bikes for those looking to get some cardiovascular training. Overall, a friendly environment for those with fitness in mind. Stop in to get a true sense of this people-focused facility.

The expert instructions received has improved and strengthen my body. The facility uses state-of-the-art equipment. The atmosphere is lighthearted and fun. It is a joy to be a part of such a beautiful, complete physiological care facility.
