Friendly staff,clean atmosphere, very prompt and fast service, this crew does awesome getting customers orders, food excellent, way to go zanesville crew.
Rushed us through the line so quickly that I had to ask numerous times for my order to be corrected. Ordered guac and chips with our meals. Guac cup was half full and chips were MOIST and as soft as wet noodles. Totally disgusting. Would love to share the video with you.
It was dirty. Food was cold. Everyone there wore their winter coats to eat. Felt like the AC was on instead of the heat. This was to have been Grandparents night with Grandchildren. What a bust. $42.00 and still had to cook when we got home. Will NEVER go to this place again.
My husband and I stopped here while driving through the state. Everything was nice and clean, and the staff was especially helpful. I ordered the bowl with tofu...they had forgotten to cook up a new batch, so we had to wait a couple of minutes to get my order, but they gave my meal to us free because of the wait! I was very impressed by their care and politeness. I would definitely recommend this establishment!
Been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants over the years and this one was hands-down the best. From the minute I walked in, everything was perfect! Service was fast, staff were friendly and the preparation and freshness of the food was the best I've had - all the way down to the iced tea. Kudos to the store manager for running a first-class operation!
