Very tasty food never really had a problem but this last time all my wings weren’t quite done but would still recommend
Order 2 large pizzas tonight said it would be 15 mins...15 mins turned into 45 we seen delivery drivers in and out 3 different times and 3 other customers pull thru the drive thru all the while one girl worked the front counter and answered phones call to take orders with no help why all the others stayed in the back sending all the orders thru the drive thru window and to the delivery drivers leaving me no choice but to wait and wait.therefore it will be awhile before we eat at crenos again. It's a shame as we have never had a problem with crenos before.
Horrible customer service. The staff does not want to work will lie about delivery time so that you will say never mind
Good food yet the have messed up my pizza three times and make me bring it back before they make a new one and talk to you like you are dumb. Not friendly staff but good food, make sure it is correct before you leave that's for sure.
Have ordered here just for the meatball subs (otherwise would get them from my normal pizza place) They are good. any other night I ask for onions on half my subs which they have done but tonight they refused to. I won't be back.
